Reserving a Group Outing is Easy!

 

  • Click on your event date
  • Click on any available start time
  • Fill out the reservation form. Pre-pay for your game session.  Required "Field Fee" ($25.00), "Equipment Rental" ($25.00) and "Minimum Player Fee" ($60.00) (The "Minimum Player Fee" will be refunded and/or credited for additional purchases/rentals on the day of play when 6 or more players are in attendance).  Optional pre-pay for paintballs, camouflage rental, padded vest rental, paint pouch rental, gloves purchase, etc. (Pre-pay is less expensive than purchase/rental on day of play).  Also, optional pre-pay for additional players field fee, equipment rental, paintballs, camouflage rental, padded vest rental, paint pouch rental, gloves purchase, etc.  Plus taxes.
  • Read the terms and conditions.  Agree to the terms and conditions by clicking the "Agree Box"
  • Review the shopping cart and check out
  • Select a Payment Method.  You will receive a payment receipt from Stalker Games
  • Important: If a reservation is not paid for, it will not hold the time.  You must make payment within 15 minutes of checking out to assure you get the time you are requesting.  If you don’t finish the payment, and go back in later to finish the payment, the reservation software will check to see if that time is still available for you.  If not, it will give you the options of other times.  We do fill up most weekends, so make sure you reserve and pay for your reservation early enough to secure the time and date you want.
  • You will Receive a Confirmation Email from us.  Should you have not paid for any/all of the participants in your group, forward this email to them as each participant must individually reserve and pay.  To receive the best prices, participants must reserve more than 24 hours from the event start time.  Participants will not be able to reserve online within 24 hours from the event start time.  In this case, just have your participants come out and play on the outing date.  They will incur the "day of play" pricing.
  • Fill out an online liability waiver.  If you want, you can select to receive an email with a copy of your liability waiver for your records.
