Cancellation/Refund Policy

Limited Refund

No refund of Minimum Player Fee, all Field Fee(s), Gun and Goggle Equipment Rental Fee(s).
Refund of additional purchases: (paintballs, gloves) and rentals: (camouflage, vest, pouch, neck protector, shoe covers).

(Cancellation must be completed via confirmation email you received when you reserved)

Once Stalker Games receives your cancellation notice, we will  review your cancel date and time per the terms and conditions stated in the cancellation policy.  If approved, you will receive an email authorizing your refund.  If not approved, you will receive an email stating why your refund was not approved.  Please allow 24 hours for processing the transaction.

No-Show Group and/or Players:  If you are not able to attend your game session, no credit, refund, date exchange, player exchange or other compensation will be paid for persons not present at the date and time of the private game.

Rescheduling Policy:  Rescheduling requires a minimum 48-hour notice.  Stalker Games will do its best to accommodate your groups change of date and time.  No date and time changes can be made within 48 hours of your original reserved date and time...either use it or lose it.

Late Arrival Policy:  Your group is scheduled in for a three-hour game session.   If you or your group is late for your scheduled start time, NO compensation or additional time is available for groups arriving late.

Paying for additional players:  If you have selected to "pay for additional players" and these players are not in attendance on the day of play, no credit or refund will be applied for the no-show players...they either use it or lose it.  

Weather Policy: We play rain or shine and hot or cold! The "organizer and "participants" must still arrive at Stalker Games at their scheduled start time or within their scheduled time frame. Should severe weather delay the game start time or pause the games, Stalker Games will extend your game session at no extra cost. 

When the "organizer" and "participants" arrive, Stalker Games will determine if the weather is severe at that time and for the remainder of your scheduled session.  If Stalker Games deems the weather to be severe for the game time frame, the "organizer" and "participants" in attendance at Stalker Games will receive a refund of your pre-payment amount to the same credit card used to reserve your game.  Stalker Games will swipe your credit card and process the refund transaction... you must bring with you the same credit card you used to reserve with.  The game session will be cancelled.

If Stalker Games deems the weather to be severe enough for cancellation for the game time frame, the "organizer" or "participants" who have pre-paid but are not in attendance at Stalker Games at their scheduled start time or within their scheduled time frame, will forfeit their pre-payment amount.
